With a detailed breakdown of the mental & physical state of the future avatar - everything becomes clear. Faced with 1000s of decisions daily, simply ask:

"Is this in line with the person I want to be?"

With the roadmap drawn, decisions with speed permit progress at an ever-accelerating rate.

It goes without saying, but this document MUST be malleable. Review quarterly and adjust as needed. Rigidity and close-mindedness undermine the framework and has inverse effects. Clarity enables speed, allowing for more doing and less thinking, but reflection is needed.
