Who never gave up on something before completing it???In fact, it’s effortless to give up on facing our #challenges because they seem insurmountable (I know, sometimes they are!???). The truth is: we were “programmed” to seek instant gratification. What did I mean by that? Well, since the dawn of human life, humans have looked at immediate benefits to ensure survival. For example, hunt and eat today, so there will be a tomorrow. And tomorrow will be as today and so on. However, if you deeply think you do it consistently, it will not be only a matter of survival. It will be #consistency, and it’s called #perseverance!
#Perseverance is to find alternate paths to reach your goal, your desire, and what motivates you! To be persevering, we must develop a lot of #resilience and #adaptability. Besides,??believing you will reach your goal/desire is a must!?
People tend to think those who are successful never fail. Wrong! Only those who fail and persevere have successfully achieved their dreams. #Confidence, #willpower, #patience, #determination, and #resilience are crucial to perseverance. Believe me; perseverance is a?powerful inner tool!?

To share a little about myself, more than a year ago, I injured myself in one of my kung fu training severely.??I was in physical therapy for 8-9 months and still haven’t fully recovered from my hip injury. However, I never stopped training even though I had pain. I slowed down. I have to learn to be patient, and after more than 2h training today, I still had the energy to continue. The photo says for itself. We were all tired but happy! I am the one with the green belt at the bottom, and the result of it? I could perform movements that took me almost a year to start to have them back.??
So, perseverance comes with #selfknowledge, but it’s learned and developed since we were kids. That’s why it is so important to teach our little beloveds how to #dealwithfrustrations and seek their #purpose. It means learning from your own mistakes to #improveskills, ensuring better #performance in the future.??A person with this quality, perseverance,??is not afraid to express waiver or abandonment because they consider them part of their path to #selfrealization. Wherefore, through “diving into ourselves,” we develop the possibility of revisiting essential life choices and changing them when necessary.
