Perseverance is Power...

Perseverance is Power...

As I take a moment to reflect on the transformative journey that has brought me to this point, I am filled with a deep sense of gratitude. The recent weeks have served as a profound reminder of the significance of resilience, especially in the face of challenges that at times felt insurmountable. It is during these moments of doubt and exhaustion that we uncover our true strength and tenacity.

At the outset of this year, I found myself immersed in intensive internal work, grappling with setbacks, and navigating relationships that were more draining than uplifting. Despite the feeling of being trapped in a cycle, I pressed on, fuelled by an unshakeable belief in the transformative power of the work I engage in. Even when others couldn't see it, this belief became the driving force behind my perseverance.

The journey has been one of profound change at my core—I learned to value myself, set healthy boundaries, and release the need for external validation. Adversity, as it turns out, is a powerful catalyst for self-improvement. Now, as we stand on the brink of 2024, the excitement is palpable, fuelled not just by success and recognition in my business but also by the arrival of new, supportive individuals aligned with my vision.

November has emerged as one of the most rewarding months in recent memory. I am thrilled to be engaged in one-to-one sessions with seven individuals in my six-month foundations program, four of whom have signed up this month alone. These diverse individuals, ranging from 21 to 59 years old, share a common goal of overcoming addiction and/or building a solid foundation for their future. I take pride in sharing that over the past five months, I have assisted four individuals not only in ceasing cocaine use but in maintaining that positive change.

In addition to this, I am honoured to have received an invitation to work with troubled teenagers at Longdean School in Hemel Hempstead, beginning in January. ?The prospect of collaborating with a transportation company to help their staff maximize their potential adds an extra layer of excitement to the journey. As the demand for my one-to-one sessions grows, I foresee the need to limit new clients to ensure a continued commitment to quality and focus.

This week marked the recording of a candid podcast interview with the Motive Podcast, set to be released next Wednesday. In this interview, I delved into the intricate details of my past struggles with hooliganism, prison life, and drug use, highlighting the transformative journey that has shaped my present. I invite you to join me on this introspective journey—it's a warts-and-all account of my experiences.

Regardless of the mode of engagement, whether it be one-to-one sessions or collaborations with organisations, my ultimate goal remains constant: to inspire, guide, and assist others in their growth journey and overcoming adversity. It's not just a passion; it's a purpose. If my journey resonates with yours and you believe I can contribute to your growth, I encourage you to reach out.

Thank you for being an integral part of this incredible journey.
