Permission to thrive, not just survive as you pivot your business

Permission to thrive, not just survive as you pivot your business

Is your heart calling you in a new direction in business?

If you’re in the midst of change, but you’re not quite sure how to flow through the pivot, you’re reading this article for a reason my friend.

This is your permission slip to be all of who you are.

I want to encourage you to allow the evolution to show up in your business so that you can thrive, not just survive as you pivot into something brand new.

I have pivoted my business 5 times in 4 years.?

And through every change, I’ve learned so much about the energetic process of closing old doors and opening new ones.?

When your heart leads you in a new direction, a significant internal shift needs to happen.

So if you’re feeling really stuck even after doing all the things you know you should do - rebranding, photoshoots, fancy marketing strategies… it’s because you haven’t given yourself permission to proceed.?

It’s time to give yourself permission to be all that you are meant to be and release your most radiant light into the world.

Maybe you’re a Business Coach who wants to start doing Human Design readings.?

You might be a social media coach teaching on Instagram reels and you want to start leaning into the energetics and mindset behind showing up on social media.

Whatever the pivot is for you and your business, I know that it’s possible for you to transition through this time in a flowy, magnetic, and easeful way.?

It doesn’t have to be a painful and drawn-out process!

Ask yourself these questions

  • What part of my business am I being led to pivot today??
  • What can I no longer ignore?
  • What do I think is the most important part to change?

Let me tell you now, it’s not branding.?

It’s not a new logo or a professional photoshoot.

A lot of coaches get lost in busy tasks that don’t actually move the needle forward.?

It will always come back to who you want to be and who you want to attract.

Do some journaling around these questions

  • What feelings do I have around change??
  • Where do those feelings come from?

I used to hold the belief that change was a threatening, irresponsible thing.?

When I was in my second year at university, I decided accounting wasn’t for me and I wanted to travel and be a vlogger.?

That didn’t sit well with my parents!?

So, I completed university and fell into a corporate slumber for 10 years before finally following my heart again.??

Release the belief

For years I held onto a lot of anger that I had adopted such a negative belief toward change.?

I adopted the thinking that seeing something through even though you hate it is a good thing.?

So, I wrote a letter expressing everything I felt, which gave me permission to let go of the anger.?

Don’t get hardwired into the details?

When you pivot your business, it’s easy to get overwhelmed by all the things that need to be done.

But you don’t have to do everything straight away.

And you don’t have to do it by yourself.?

Figure out what is a priority and think about how you can outsource the rest.

What to do when doubts creep in

Thoughts will come up during the permission process to make you doubt the pivot is possible.?

When this happens, ask yourself, “is it true?”

Is it true that no business coach will ever make money by incorporating Human Design readings into their business?

Of course it’s not true!

Challenging those thoughts will help you see them for what they are.?

Irrational emotions may also come up. But you don’t have to engage with them.?

Just come back to that space of knowing where your heart is leading you.

I hope this has helped you during this transitional time in your business and to see what the practicality of giving yourself permission looks like.?

The value here is the willingness to change. Our way of working needs to evolve with your growth and experience. Anything static will be irrelevant very quickly. I fully agree with your view on evolution. Ruby Lee
