Is PERM going to speed up anytime soon?
Most likely no.
The DOL has signaled that unless Congress allocates more funding to the Department of Labor, specifically to the departments that handle PERM, we will most likely not see PERM processing times decrease anytime soon.?
The Department of Labor is actually saying that they are seeing a record number of PERMs, which is not surprising.
