Performance Reviews: The Truth

There comes a time when a leader takes the challenge of going through a performance review and fails. How they fail and handle the situation challenges the whole system. For years business have went out of business because that leader is either placing judgement on management or assisting them. Thats why they have an military employee leading the team. When the leader fails their actions and judgement is placed on them as an individual before your faith and actions get places judgement on the leaders also known as management and upper management, CEOs, presidents of businesses and the president of the United States. Usually this happen to companies that are expanding for more income for employees and future employees. That’s when music and movies get good because the leader deals with the demons, angels, god and the devil. The reason all have had trouble is because when you think of a situation you may only think of your location not the entire universe. Well… think of it from now on. When you challenge the system your going to deal with the universe. I didn’t think I challenged the management going thru a performance review. I thought I was helping. But see what you may believe and how it really goes down is based on your actions and leadership. It could end mankind but God has a funny way of having all his children from now on also be involved. You know the spirits and ghosts and death. 

With technology now its worst even the living want to be on the action and know. Somewhat embarrassing dont you think.
