What is a Performance Diary?
Record of special activities done by the direct reportees of the incumbent:
- Activities that do not form part of the routine responsibilities of the role
- Ongoing record of behaviors displayed by the direct reportees (in line with skills and competencies mapped to their role)
Performance diary should record both positive and negative entries for the employees
