6. How much of the referral fee do you the customer/recommender? Majority (more than 50%)

of the fee goes towards the referral fee we will pay the customer/recommender and a portion of the fee

will always be used to advertise your customer recommendations on Google search and social media

sites like FB/LinkedIn and many other platforms that we will partner with.

7. Can I add/make changes to the promotions? Any obligations? Yes, you can change/add

promotions anytime by calling me or sending me an email. We can also restrict your promotions by the

number of days or the number of promotions you wish to sell. After your set the limit the promotions

will automatically be removed.

There are no obligations on how long you keep your promotions. You can delete or add new promotions

anytime.

8. How do my customers post/share recommendations of my business? When your business is

listed on RelyCircle you will have access to the free (Always) e-mail and text tools that you can use to

send invites asking your customers to post recommendations and earn rewards. When customers click

on the email or text and share a recommendation, everyone who they’re connected to (their “circle”)

will see the recommendation as well as the promotions you’re currently running. They can save any of

your promotions (coupons/discounts) right on their phone, and the RelyCircle app will automatically link

that promotion and reward the customer who recommended your business for successful referrals. It’s

that simple.

9. How do my customers get rewarded? When referred customers makes a purchase from your

business, simply scan the promotion, and the person who recommended your business will be awarded

their referral fee. You will use the free RelyCircle Business mobile app to scan the promotions or you

can also enter the promotion code on your free RelyCircle business account.

10. How do I track my business activity? Upon listing your business, you will have access to the free

RelyCircle business account and the RelyCircle Business App that will display a live dashboard. You can

review the daily activity and purchase summary (On the Web only). After the end of the month you can

review your Monthly Statement which is automatically derived based on your Monthly activity (On the

Web only). Use the mobile app to view customer activity and the free e-mail and text marketing tools.

11. How do I get access to my account and my Mobile App Account? As soon as I enroll your

business on RelyCircle our system will send you a Welcome email that will include a link for you to setup

your own password. Once you setup your password you can use your email address and the new

password you setup to access the Mobile App as well. Download our mobile app RelyCircle Business on

the Apple or Android app store.
