  • In the “Alternative Methods” section, you will have three options to verify your domain. We will use the second option, which is “HTML File Upload.” Here, click on the “this HTML verification file” hyperlink and download the HTML file.

  • Now, log in to your cPanel and click on the “File Manager” button to access your website’s files.

  • On the “File Manager” wizard, scroll down, and at the left side panel, you will find the “public_html” folder.
  • You need to upload the html file to this “public_html” folder. For that, click on the “Upload” button at the top corner.

  • Click on the “Select File” button and choose the HTML file from your device. Whenever the upload is completed, go back to the home page.

  • Now, go back to the Google admin account and complete the Captcha verification. As soon as the captcha verification is done, click on the “Verify” button at the bottom.

  • If you have properly uploaded the HTML file on your cPanel, it will prompt you to the “Congrations, you have successfully verified your ownership” page.?

As you have successfully verified your domain name on Google Admin, you can now access your email account (associated with the domain) through Gmail. But you will not receive your existing emails.   • In the “Connection Protocol” section, select the “Auto Select (Recommended)” option. Then, in the “role account” section, enter your email address and password. Click “Connect” at the bottom-right corner

  • As a result, your connection will be successfully completed. Here, under the “Migration Start Date” section, select a time period for how many old emails you want to migrate. Under the “Migration Options” section, select options according to your needs and click on the “Select Users” button.

  • Now, click on the plus (+) button, which is yellow in color and round in shape.

  • Afterwards, the “Start Email Migration” window will appear. Here Under the “Migration From” section, enter the email address and password of your cPanel email from where you want to migrate emails. Under the “Migrate to” section, select the email account that you have verified on the Google admin (following the above-described method). Then click on “Start.”

  • Now, the migration process has started, and it will take a little time to migrate all your existing emails.?
