Perfectly Placed..Meet our newest team member Megan.

Perfectly Placed's newest edition is Megan Snart who has joined the team as one of our Recruitment Consultants, specialising in Store Based roles for Victoria, South Australia and New Zealand. Megan has joined the Perfectly Placed team at one of the busiest times of the year, but has she shown her passion for recruitment and is a phenomenal edition to the business.

How long have you been a part of the Perfectly Placed team?

As the newest member of the team I have been with Perfectly Placed for just over a month. So far, So great!

Before starting your career in recruitment, where were you?

I have been in retail for over 15 years. Way back when, I transitioned from a Manager at McDonald’s into Retail Management. Since then, I have had a lot of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations and of course Store Management, specialising in Jewellery, Homewares and Apparel.

What do you enjoy most about being a recruiter?

Every day there is a different role to fill, and new people to connect with. I get to support people in finding their next great role, and help our clients find their next retail superstars to lead their businesses.

How do you spend your free time?

Until recently I was the coach of a women’s football team (Eastern Devils). I have since transitioned to the president of the club, so football will continue to be a big part of my life. Time with my two dogs and the occasional round of golf fills the remainder of my time.

What movie or novel character do you most identify yourself with?

I wish I could say Carrie from Sex and the City, but let’s face it I’m Miranda.
