Capital equipment sales is not for the faint of heart.

While it comes with high-tech and high dollar deals, it is also brutally complex, arduous, and with long sales cycles.

Yet there is barely any content, videos, or even courses on the topic.

I invited Ken Husted , long time capital sales veteran and executive leader on the show.

I worked with Ken at my first medical sales job out of Mazor Robotics. Ken was part of the sales leadership team that led it to be acquired by Medtronic for $1.6B. Prior to Mazor he held various capital sales roles at iconic companies such as being part of the early class at Intuitive Surgical.

He also served across multiple capital technologies selling into different specialties, such as Stereotaxis, Hansen, Veridian and most recently even went into SaaS.

With a deep and diverse experience he was the perfect guest to walk through perfecting the capital sales process.
