I keep telling all the managers of my clients that the weekly one-on-one meetings is the key to team building, teamwork, continual development and improvement. Insightful. But just thinking if such conversations need to happen every week? Career advancement conversation happening every week is a bit overload is what I see if weekly these situations creep in.
