I keep telling all the managers of my clients that the weekly one-on-one meetings is the key to team building, teamwork, continual development and improvement. 2 周Insightful. But just thinking if such conversations need to happen every week? Career advancement conversation happening every week is a bit overload is what I see if weekly these situations creep in.
