5. Ask Keita:
Q. Hi Keita, I find myself in this rinse-wash-repeat cycle with procrastination. It’s not laziness or lack of motivation. I am busier than ever and my plate keeps getting fuller. And yet, I have no real business results to speak of. Then, I do it again the next week.?What do you think?
?A: ?You may be experiencing perfect procrastination. It sounds like you are keeping yourself busy to avoid and or justify doing the uncomfortable work that moves the business forward.?Take a moment and ask yourself.?What are you afraid of??Is it rejection? Fear of failure? ?Fear of success? Digging deep to answer that question will help you identify the support you need.?It may be a combination of mindset work, therapy, and coaching.
