A big private bank was hiring new staff. After twenty job interviews they did not hire one candidate. What was going on? The recruiters didn't have a clue. All candidates were well schooled and trained and most of them had worked for a long time in this field. But none fitted the job discription leaving the recruiters puzzled.
The next day a man who had been working in a bar showed up for the job interview. He had no qualifications in the banking industry and lacked a history of experience in the field. He was witty, smart and a good listener. The recruiters grew fond of him and started to trust him. Instead of asking him questions they began answering his.

Finding the right people to do the job is not an easy play. Should you go for the young and eager or for those who are older and bring more experience? For those who have the right papers or for those who make really something happening?
For me the right choise would be to go for them who engage most.
