The Perfect Book to Start With
I have many friends who often say, “How do you read? I cannot even read a single page!” And then they say, “But I want to. Suggest me a good book!”
Reading is not everybody’s cup of tea, yet, time and again, we get advised - To Read.
Are you also looking for the Right Book? The book that you can start with? Well, here’s what I believe. There is no Perfect Book to start with.
So if you are also one of those people who want to start reading but find it difficult, here is what you can do.
- Go to the Nearest Library or the nearest Bookstore or Online Stores
- Spend some time exploring the books and reading their summaries.
- And, find the book YOU feel intrigued by.
Picking the right book and developing interest in reading is like developing a taste for wine. At first, you might not like it, but, eventually, it will taste like stars.
You might ask someone else, your friends, your colleagues, for suggestions and they might suggest a Great Book.
But, it’s not necessary that you will be able to read it and find it interesting and relate to it.
My first book was - The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini and anybody who has read it would agree that it is one of the most beautiful and heart-touching books ever.
So, this 2020 if you are planning to inculcate the habit of reading - Go find your Book. Also, any suggestions for any book is highly appreciated.

4 年I agree with you Reema Jha because the first book I ever read I ended up sleeping on the very first page of it because it was a recommendation of someone, but eventually there was a book that did catch my eye and I finished it up within the span of mere 3 days even as a beginner, the reason I was able to do so was because I was interested in the genre. So, yes finding the perfect book is a task but one should make it on the basis of their interests.
