PANTONE has just announced it. "Classic Blue" it is. For the year 2020 anyway. PANTONE 19-4052 TCX if that is more your thing. RGB? Sure 15 76 129.

CMYK values not available. What? No no no! What will all the offset printers of the world do during 2020? The closest equivalent for you, dear client. But as it happens, we have a five colour printing facility, so you are in luck. Costs extra, naturally.
