What do I know about it?
I am a (10x) serial entrepreneur, executive coach, and licensed mental health professional. I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs, CEOs, and business owners scale their businesses and improve their quality of life by discovering their "Genius Zone."
It wasn't always this way. During many years of my 30+-year career of starting and growing businesses to the point where I sold eight of them at a premium, I was miserable.
Stressed, burned out, and anxious, I micromanaged employees and hovered over my leadership teams. I was planted firmly in the weeds, my hands in every pot, and decisions couldn't be made without my input. I was everything a leader should NOT be.
Today, I work in my "genius zone" and have empowered my team to keep me there. I am the happiest I've ever been in my career, working less, making more, and helping others do the same.
