Responsibilities of Senior Finance Executive -

• Managing deduction claims and invoice claims processing in SAP TPM
• Assist with promotional events enrollments/ claim approvals
• Ensure all customer contract legends are current to provide trade promotion analyst guidance
• Maintain a strong control environment with accurate trade accruals, contract approvals and verification
• Manage exception through verbal and written interactions with sales and sales finance.

Responsibilities of Transition Management Manager -

• Plan transitions in detail, including identification and scheduling project deliverables, milestones, required tasks and scope of processes to be transitioned
• Provide feedback to TM/s on service design and solution documentation
• Collaborate with TM/s and local site management
• Monitoring and reporting on transition progress
• Resolving transition issues, documentation risks and create mitigation plans
• Ensure the appropriate documentation of the local processes, including providing a quality review of documentation
• Ensure correct application of transition methodology to each transition being managed by the transition coordinator
• Ensure successful delivery of transition outputs, including decision gates and the overall transition completion.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For senior finance executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 50,300 and for transition management manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 44,500 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are subject to fluctuations.
