PEP Health appoints its first US employee to drive US expansion

Over the last few months, we have been building up momentum in the US.?Earlier this year we were delighted to announce our participation in the first ever?Amazon Web Services (AWS) Healthcare Accelerator. Our company was chosen from a competitive field of applications from 13 countries around the world by a panel from? Amazon Web Services (AWS) ?and? PUBLIC , providing the expertise and support to accelerate our US expansion plans and technical roadmap. PEP Health is also proud to be a member of the ABHI Accelerator supporting UK HealthTech innovators to define and strengthen their US strategy, de-risk market entry and grow their US business.

As our business enters a pivotal stage, we are excited to welcome Kiel Christenson as our new Growth Manager to lead our company’s market expansion in the US, supporting our mission to extend the benefits of our revolutionary AI technology beyond the UK and to even more patients around the globe.

Kiel brings extensive experience building and growing healthcare start-ups.?Most recently he was appointed the first Sales Manager for HealthTech company Carrot Health, a consumer data, analytics, and insights company serving health plans, health systems, and life sciences companies with SaaS solutions in growth, population health, and quality.?After three and half years of growth and execution Carrot Health was successfully acquired. As part of the go-to-market leadership team he worked to identify innovation targets as well as solutions that made Carrot Health sticky with their customers and prime targets for expansion.

Kiel also brings over 15 years’ experience in healthcare. Since 2007 he has worked with health systems enabling growth and profitability.?Working closely with health plans since 2016, and focusing on member engagement, quality, population health, and determinants of health.?He is excited to help shape PEP Health’s solutions to fit the needs of Health Plans, Health Systems, and Life Sciences companies in the US and is working to align our value proposition and return on investment with industry standards.?

PEP Health’s target markets are health plans, especially Medicare Advantage plans, Health Systems, and Life Sciences companies.?Our customers need to measure and improve their patient’s and member’s experience and PEP Health’s technology and team of language and data science experts have developed the first way to monitor how patients experience healthcare in the UK and now the US in near real time from across the digital landscape.?We are excited to share who we are and how we help healthcare organisations truly understand where they can make improvements in a data driven way.?
