With My Team tile available in PeopleSoft HCM Manager Self Service, you can do all this and more with just one click. You can have the Manager Self Service set as your default homepage and the moment you log in - you are just a click away from all your manager actions, including your team's information under My Team feature.
Within My Team, you now have access to all the important team information that you need - Summary, Performance, Absence, Compensation and Analytics
My Team is your one-stop-shop for all your employee information and actions. With availability of related actions right next to each employee's name, you can quickly and easily execute available manager actions like viewing their leave requests and balances, change supervisor and/or location, transfer, log exit, view compensation history, create appraisal documents, view talent summary and a lot more... right from where you are.
And you can access it anywhere, anytime and from any device - be it your desktop, your tablet or your mobile!!!
