Peoples Republic of China - Taiwan Reunion Office

The history and culture of the great Peoples Republic of China are what give the great nation its identity. That identity can merely be enhanced with the passage of time, but they can never be replaced by newer experiences either at home or abroad. However, any reunion of a politically-disaffected segment of the nation is best achieved voluntarily, and without so much as unreasonable coercion or force, for such obtuse methods at reunion of peoples anywhere, is ephemeral. As the political seasons change. For solace, it is not required or even necessary to achieve complete reunion or affinity because some measure of disaffection and or objection must irrigate all viable culture anywhere.
In every reunion effort, there is bound to be gains in affinity, as well as further alienation of segments of the society, the latter, of a progressively smaller segment. This is because no one person who experiences life, remains at the same station for any appreciable length of time, but voluntary affinity is additive. Involuntary affinity tends toward coarsened disaffection. The overarching goal must therefore be to achieve net voluntary affinity for the project from season to season. Such is the natural progression of intellect and growth. No haste, No disruptive reflexes, and certainly, No gratuitous violence, for at the achievement of political reunion, the suasion must continue to maintain trust and confidence.
I encourage the governments of The Peoples Republic of China to establish an ad hoc Reunion Office within your Foreign Ministry, and to be attached to all your embassies abroad, including in Taiwan, and for your two governments to consider joint political missions abroad where either or none of your embassies have accreditation. This I believe will nurture a culture of secondment and deference in your diplomacy. A particular effort to be made to encourage joint humanitarian efforts in The PRC, Taiwan, and among your more diminished partner nations. I further encourage The PRC to gradually de-escalate brinksman's tensions in your maritime region and to foster greater rapprochement with the US and Europe to accrue broader goodwill and industrial cooperation among your trading partners. These efforts will serve to accompany your more healthful and expeditious Reunion, than a posture of detente and distrust.
I encourage both your governments to eschew taking sides in other, mostly gratuitous conflicts around the world, save to participate in Relief and humanitarian efforts surrounding such conflict. A robust and constructive relationship with your proximal neighbors, including Russian governments, based on these trademark Chinese values and principles would be as useful as resolving perennial land disagreements with them would be, and your greater goodwill around the world will stand you in good stead to accomplish these goals, and at much reduced cost to you.

Should you regard this encouragement wise, I pledge to participate with you in the effort as you desire.
Respectfully,
Haruna.
