People's collective Participation is the ultimate solution.
Dear #group / #groups members #linkedincommunity ,
Seek your opinion to build the confidence that we will attain #sustainability by 2030 as per the agenda of UN #sdgs2030.
This is our collective effort for many decades we all are putting our efforts to the best of our capacity along with sincerity. Many have been scientifically proven and logical too.
Methodologies and approaches have been developed by different schools of thought, after evaluation and even corrected the mistakes and impact analysis too.?
Today while we are preparing for the 51 World Environment Day and also midway through 15 years of the most ambitious Sustainable Development Goals 2030 with great anticipation that it will certainly walk through the target that we set to achieve.?
These SDGs are implemented through organised and responsible sectors such as Countries, Governments, corporates, and NGOs, through highly professional and dedicated teams comprised of experts, scientists and many more.?
I do not doubt their efforts but one confusion is really bothering me. The present situation is due to each one of us and its ill effect is also to all of us. In that situation, only a few people are putting the effort and others are not even know that such kind solutions are in force. Secondly instead of communication in a technical language which is sometimes difficult for the professional to understand then it is never understood by the common man.
People's participation is the objective of all that we are doing then why not communicate to them in the language they can understand??
The progress is very much visible on the Website of the United Nations and its associate organisations.
Even though the impact of Covid 19 is very much visible, it has hampered the growth that we all planned,?but one more thing which?
?we realised in this, is that collective participation has reduced CO2 percentage in the atmosphere by 7% too.?
It means collective participation should be our approach rather than a few people's participation.
I have seen many reports submitted by corporates on SDG implementation in their organisation. I could see many indicators such as a reduction in operational cost, and found self-realisation related to the term "waste" By implementing SDG we found an application to our so-called waste,?which is no more waste now, it has become a resource or opportunity to reduce pollution or consumption of natural resources ...
At the governmental level, the SDG goals are implemented through Regulatory agencies/ authorities. The main objective of these government agencies is to create awareness among the consumer and monitor and guide the producers of the product or services.?

When I went through the annual report of these agencies I could observe the number of cases registered are higher than the awareness created by the producer as well as the consumer. Many a time we realise what we have done is a mistake according to these regulatory principles which I need to follow as a true citizen.?
Is it because I never knew about them or they never communicated to the mass that they are there to help us so that none of us should do such mistakes which are harmful to our own health??
Everything is in place and resources are also there still we all are finding it difficult in bringing them to practice. I feel that people's participation is the only thing that can make our dream come true. So I have decided to create some awareness material keeping in mind common people are my audience and provide them with what they look forward to rather than what I want to achieve.?If you closely look at all the compliances or methodologies of human psychology, human needs are addressed first which will automatically help to address the environmental issues and even belongingness to each other which is nothing but partnering for the goals.
I need some support in all forms social, economic, professional, and participation from all of you. Look forward to the same.?
