I would like to say hello to Saumya Pathak, Senior Executive of Global Operations, from our office in India. Let’s dig into Saumya’s journey at TKWW and what she’s working on.?

What is your journey to working at TKWW?

“Working at TKWW for the last 2 years has been a wonderful journey. I joined the company right after graduation, and I've had the opportunity to work in a role that has allowed me to learn and grow professionally and personally. I'm a senior executive for the Consumer Experience team as part of Global Support Operations. I heard about this role at TKWW through my college placement cell.”

What is your favorite part of the job?

“My favorite part of the job is constant opportunities to learn and develop new skills. I’m passionate about helping customers with their order queries. I find it deeply rewarding to make a positive impact on a global scale for the most important day of the couples’ lives.”

Describe a typical day in your life at TKWW.

“A typical day in my life starts with reviewing emails and meetings with my team. We discuss, plan the day, and customize beautiful invite envelopes to help customers with their order requests. Whenever there is a difficult order situation, I keep calm, review it thoroughly and present the best solution to the customer.”

What do you do outside of working at TKWW?

“I have a pet dog named Simba, and spending time with him is my favorite. I also love to cook and find it very therapeutic. After work, you can find me in my kitchen experimenting with recipes.”
