Continuing our series of People @ TKWW, we are excited to introduce you to another TKWW employee.?

Say hello to Evan Saini, Senior Executive of Global Support Operations, from our office in India. Let’s dig into what Evan’s journey at TKWW has been like and what he’s working on.?

What is your journey to working at TKWW?

“I learned about TKWW through a friend who was a TKWW employee and began my journey in September 2019. The journey at TKWW has been a wonderful experience, and I’m looking forward to achieving new goals. I have been working here for 3+ years in multiple roles. My first role dealt with handling real-time client inquiries. After that, I moved to the Enrichment team, where we helped the vendor database to filter leads for the sales team. I was grateful to be selected as one of the first five members to work for Global Support Operations, India. I was then given a very exciting opportunity to work with the E-Commerce team’s customer experience process, where I am currently a Senior Executive.”

What is your favorite part of the job?

My favorite part about my job is the opportunity to work alongside my colleagues in a flexible environment. The work is super challenging and exciting, which motivates me every day. Also, the management and leadership inspire me to be the best version of myself.

I recently started working on dashboards, reporting, and brainstorming ideas for new initiatives for process improvement, which makes it quite exciting. I have been training my team members on new process additions.

Describe a typical day in your life at TKWW.

My day starts with sorting the order flow data and allocating the work to the team based on daily targets and available bandwidth. I also ensure the timelines are met for better performance tracking and workflow. Sometimes we collaborate as a team to resolve challenging customer order situations, which helps in team building.?

What do you do outside of working at TKWW?

Biking excites me the most outside of TKWW. I am a motorcycle and car enthusiast, love to travel across the country on my motorbike with my biker group and sometimes solo. Exploring new hill stations to deserts, I always find time to stay loyal to my machine. I also go cycling on weekends and enjoy cooking occasionally. Both help me to relax my mind for better well-being.
