As the Founder and CEO of People Tank, I couldn’t be more thrilled to be leading an innovative learning business that’s driving change and making a significant impact to people’s lives. Every day we make a difference, and every day we wake and love what we do.??
What an incredible year it’s been since my last update. And I’m truly humbled by the progress we’ve made since launching People Tank.
As a business start-up, I’ve dedicated the time to build a business that is unique, offers extensive solutions, backed by a team of learning specialists; we continue to listen to our client needs; stay up to speed on the broader industry; and drive forward innovative learning design and program selection. I am proud to say we deliver on and will continue to deliver on all these counts.
To see the growth and potential of People Tank?as a brand and education supplier in the Australian market this past year has been a dream come true. Learning many lessons along the way, we have supported market demand, hit the mark with our product offering and we continue to build solutions that land.
We have reached new heights as we move into our second exciting year and our client partnerships have expanded, as has our team. We are a game changing business that understands our customer needs, we ideate what’s important to them and programs are targeted for the learner. We recognise our core strength, and that the traditional supplier model needs to change and adapt more rapidly than ever before. We are proud of this achievement and driving change in the right direction.
