Q. What is your favorite mantra that guides you in life and work?

A.?The mantra I live by is rooted in my personal belief that we all possess the power to positively impact the lives of the people we come the closest in contact with (if just for a moment or a lifetime). It’s up to us to choose to do so in a manner that empowers them to do the same in the lives of others. Existence solely for the preservation of self is futile and lonely.

Q. What's the?most useful advice that you received???

A:?Like the tide approaching the shoreline and shifting back out to sea, happiness is an emotion and outward expression that ebbs and flows. It’s a natural process as part of the human experience. Attempting to control people’s “flow” of happiness is difficult, exhausting, and even damaging over time. However, investing in what brings you JOY, grounds you in a way that you can ENDURE hardship and connects you to true meaning and purpose in one’s life. You can pursue happiness but be sure to choose JOY.

Q. What are you most passionate about??

A.?Speaking on the mantra I live by; I want to die knowing I have positively impacted the lives of as many people as I encounter; if just for a moment or a lifetime. From putting a smile on your face to helping you transform how you show up in the lives of others, I believe I will have fulfilled my purpose for existence on this earth. This is what I strive for every day. I am imperfect in this pursuit, but sincere and authentic in my efforts.

Q. Something else you want to share?

A.?The existence of CultureWorx as an organization aligns directly with my belief that our greatest value as human beings is realized through how we connect with others. The elements that divide us, or make us unique, are less relevant or important compared to what we do to lift one another up. Helping people do better, be better, and live better; that’s what this journey is all about. By doing so, we truly live our “best life”; with the caveat that “better” simply means expanding the capacity for others to do the same in service or support of others.?
