“I'm a native of?Tennessee. I've been married for 16 years, and my family and I have been in Ohio for just over five years. In addition to my 20 years at Sleep Number, I am also a Certified Master Mindset Life Coach. My areas of focus are REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Techniques), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Techniques), Emotional Intelligence, and Confidence (Growth Mindset) Coaching.??

I am passionate about family and community service. Moreover, I am intentional about making sure my family stays connected – it is critical to growth, development, and success at every level. My sister and I started a foundation in 2013 to honor and pay homage to our late maternal grandmother. She was passionate about education and community service. This is what fuels our foundation's work in the Memphis area as well as our plans for expansion into Ohio.??

I am driven by my love for people. This is a direct byproduct of my commitment and dedication to the Christian Ministry over the last 22 years. I love to see people do well and help them become the best version of themselves. It's inspiring to meet someone who has worked through hurdles to get to where they are, striving to be better, and influencing the world around them. Maybe they aren't where they want to be, but you can see their growth, hard work, and perseverance.??

In my short time at Sleep Number, the impact on my life has already been immensely invaluable. Sleep Number has really given me a sense of community.?The collaboration, camaraderie, and transparency?have made me feel so connected since my first day. What really sold it for me was the opportunity to provide direct, actionable input right away. Along with the team-first atmosphere, this has been an incredibly rewarding and refreshing onboarding experience.??

I have many responsibilities at Sleep Number. But as a leader, I always like to say I'm a resource for my team. I'm there to ensure every team member has what they need to do their job well and become the best version of themselves. The Sleep Number value that resonates most with me is integrity. I always try to be honest, mindful of what I do and my impact on someone else. When we stretch to impact the world, sometimes it helps to influence the world around us first before we can see the greater impact. I'm not perfect, but I believe in doing the right thing no matter what. I believe in holding myself accountable, delivering on commitments, and being a person of my word.”?
