When I ran a THOMAS PPA a month ago, it was as a result of the person having taken one 10+ years ago. He wished to ''compare notes'' and see if any changes to himself and he indicated what they might be. We ran it on him and what had changed in his behaviour was he was I would put it, a wiser man namely not a s rash in decision-making, giving consideration to think more about certain decisions and how he impacts on other people. It of course also made me more able to understand him in our business relation and be able to assist on let's say Business Development for the future - I also runs something called Master Minds and he is a frequent guest to this and other activities. So, the THOMAS makes me understand better who is around me, also when I place people and run a PPA & HJA with my client prior to a certain process I better help in the on boarding and can early see the warning signs and discuss with my client what can be done and his having had time to think allowing better decisions - made!
