I hope you’ve had a lovely summer, and managed to grab some sunshine whether at home or abroad. What a gorgeous week we have had with a long awaited Indian summer, I spent most of the weekend appreciating the Suffolk field view from my garden under the shade of the umbrella!

It’s been lovely getting back into work after my holiday and I’ve attended some brilliant Discovery sessions with a couple of our new clients. An aerospace manufacturer in Essex and an office furniture manufacturer in Saxmundham, Suffolk helping them put together an annual plan for their core people priorities to achieve their commercial targets.

Our Discovery is like a mini audit and not only deals with any immediate people issues but also builds you a people plan, it's a great way of starting your journey with us.

It usually takes between 4-6 days where we review:

1. Any gaps with the current HR and immediate people issues?

2. What is the 2-3 year commercial plan and are there any people barriers to growth?

3. Do you have the right people in the right seats and a cohesive aligned leadership team?

4. Does the wider team know what the plan is and are they empowered to deliver it?
