Fractional People Directors | People Puzzles | Helping businesses achieve their growth targets faster
Well at last summer is truly here and it has been much needed to give us all some more positive days ahead of the election next week, which will hopefully help to further decision making for the remainder of the year.
We had a fantastic time last week at our all company conference at The Belfry in Birmingham where we focused on the future of work and how we are leading the field in fractional ‘C-Suite’ directors. Leveraging our national Liberti partnerships with over 500 directors across sales, marketing, finance, people and IT for scaling businesses to help our clients stay ahead in innovation, technology and accessing talent to scale more quickly with just a day per week of support. We were so lucky to have such amazing weather to enjoy our evening BBQ.
I wanted to share with you our brilliant new case study with Greenmill in Colchester, a business that has doubled revenue in the last three years to £40 million and are pioneering innovation in the air conditioning distribution business.
Although growth is often the primary ambition of a business, but when that growth happens fast, it requires the right support to sustain it. To maintain their strong culture and ‘people-first’ approach, Adrian Bates in my team has been working with them during this period to ensure a clear vision and goals, regular strategic communication, revamped company values, a strengthened leadership team, and a focus on employee experience. This approach has ensured that the whole Greenmill team were on the bus and in the right seats, thriving and aligned and along their growth journey. You can read the full case study here.
