We’re pleased to introduce you to two of our newest team members: Stephan Carelli and Kevin Dominguez. Read on for additional insights on these great professionals!

Steve comes to us with a vast IT background and will assume the role of Senior Systems Engineer. He’s the brains behind making the things that make your life easier--work. Steve chose this role because, “I enjoy working with customers--it’s like making new friends. Who doesn’t love making new friends?” Steve attributes his youthful zeal for taking things apart to see how they work as a catalyst for pursuing a career in IT. (Sometimes he even put things back together!) When asked to share his best piece of non-technology advice, Steve said: “Things often get wrapped around the axle. It takes patience, perseverance and determination to resolve the issues you’re often faced with.” Finally, Steve said his life can be summed up in this movie title: “Forrest Gump.” Ask Steve to find out why!

Kevin’s experience from the manufacturer realm means he understands the challenges businesses face today. This will serve him well in his role as Strategic Account Executive. Kevin’s family motivates him. “I have three daughters. They are my motivation every single day. As they got older and started embarking on what they loved in all aspects of life, sports, politics, travel and work (they) still motivate me to be a better person.” His work in IT has taught him to be resilient. “Overcoming challenges is simple if you believe in yourself and the solutions you are providing. Being resilient has become second nature.” Describing Kevin in a movie title? He says “The Hangover.” We’re still not sure if that means that he woke up with a tiger in his room or not. You’ll have to check with Kevin (or Mike Tyson).

Women of the Channel 2023: That's a Wrap

We were honored to be able to participate in the annual Women of the Channel event, held at the Plaza Hotel in New York this past December.

2023's event marked the inaugural “Women of the Year” awards. Channel legend Donna Grothjan was recognized with the first “Lifetime Achievement” award, and our own Felise Katz saw some parallels in Grothjan’s journey to her own. “Grothjan has stood out as a woman role model in a male-dominated industry,” said Katz. “Her concise and fearless approach to solving business problems and making the IT channel a better place will be remembered as a benchmark of what she stood for over her many years in the industry.” Read the entire article at CRN and see what else Felise had to say about this inspiring channel leader.
