Tell us about your journey at Vivriti Capital:
I joined Vivriti over 2.5 years ago as a Credit Manager specializing in Supply Chain Finance (SCF). During this period, I have gained substantial exposure to the entire credit assessment process, from client evaluation and documentation to final disbursement. Vivriti has been a strong platform for me to understand the critical parameters necessary for client assessments, engage directly with customers, and tackle challenges in making cases live.
One of my key achievements has been taking charge of the complete portfolio in North India. This responsibility, along with consistent performance, recently culminated in my promotion to Senior Credit Manager. I am excited to continue contributing to the organization’s success while expanding my skill set and expertise.

I am driven by the analytical rigor required to evaluate diverse businesses, identify risks, and make sound lending decisions that align with both profitability and sustainability.
Every transaction offers a unique problem-solving experience, which keeps me engaged and I am constantly learning. The ability to assess a company's financial health, understand its potential, and support its growth through well-structured financial solutions is immensely rewarding. Additionally, I find motivation in the strategic importance of credit analysis, as it directly influences the success and stability of both the lender and the borrower.
Knowing that my work helps safeguard investments while enabling businesses to achieve their goals gives me a sense of purpose and fulfilment, pushing me to continually refine my skills and maintain high standards of performance.
