In “Will Algorithms Destroy the Recruitment Industry?” (https://bit.ly/1RKUUQo), Mark Smith observes, “You cannot use mathematics to determine the culture of an organization.”

That is exactly the same point I made in “Algorithms Are Changing the Recruiter’s Role” (https://bit.ly/1S6DLjx), asking, “Is there a program out there that will capture what the corporate culture is? How will these tools measure that?”
