People make business - rest follows

People make business - fundamentals or technology follows. This is my life experience and CM-Equity's philosophy of a people focused investment and corporate finance strategy. The gentlemen on the picture beside me is called Spencer Sung Bum Huh. I took the picture in Seoul when i attended Invest Korea Week 2017 end of last year. After working more than 20 years in the public market and corporate finance industry of Korea and Canada, Spencer became President and Director of TSX-Venture listed Pan Andean Minerals ($PAD) and meanwhile also acting CEO since mid of May. Parallel to his appointment, the company made a roll back of its shares, restructured debt and ran a small financing (we participated). An announcement was made that the company will evaluate alternative business opportunities beside their existing mineral business.

Spencer is a passionate corporate builder and has access to an huge network of decision makers and experts in various industries from Korea to Canada. The 2 press releases about the recent nominations of high level Korean specialists in battery-tech and blockchain to the advisory board of Pan Andean showcase that Spencer a man of action. The share price is building up momentum and closed last week at 0,095 CAD. I advise smart investors to put the company on your watchlist and follow the news releases closely. Spencer is on something big now - I have no doubt that.
