Who is Aeishwarya

Meet Aeishwarya, a dynamic professional whose journey from a Graduate Trainee Engineer to a Static Equipment Lead at BASF is nothing short of inspiring.

Aeishwarya's academic foundation was laid at VJTI, Mumbai, where she pursued her BTech in Mechanical Engineering from 2004 to 2008.

However, her quest for knowledge didn't end there. Recently, she completed the BatteryMBA program by Battery Associates, adding another feather to her cap.

This shows her dedication to both personal and professional development, while also demonstrating her readiness to meet future demands.

Career as a Static Equipment Engineer

Aeishwarya has been in the industry for close to 16 years with most of her expertise in Static Equipment Engineering.

  • Played an instrumental role in setting up the HVE Centre (High-Value Engineering Centre) at BASF, Mumbai
