People at first: WE are Valeo!

100 years, 2 centuries, thousands of products, protos, vehicles, countless roads traveled and innovations, many successes and many more satisfactions. But our consciousness has never changed: only teamwork can provide the answers to the evolution of the world we live in.

In Valeo Italy we took the 100 years celebrations as an opportunity to stop for a moment and remind ourselves only one question: “What represents Valeo for you?”

We collected a lot of answers from all our Italian Sites and we assembled all of them in a unique homemade video, streamed by surprise at the end of a live speech of our Italy President, who took the occasion of May 25th celebration to talk to all the sites connected at the same moment. He wished “Happy Birthday” and thanked all the people in the past and present for helping in building Valeo’s History, everyone with their own role, commitment and passion.

So this is why we wanted to underline that WE are Valeo: everyone with their uniqueness, age, culture and skills. We all need to DARE in our everyday working life for being innovative, we need to CARE each other in order to achieve our goals and create values, we must SHARE our Identity to all the newcomers and to all the people who are not part of our Valeo Team yet!

This video represents true evidence of who we really are and which are our milestones in Valeo: inclusion, ethics, training, engagement, growth, sustainability.?
