Every single one of us has a really some good information that could help someone else with something they need. I talk a lot about online video because I’d like to share things and information with you and I understand that it is so much better received if I am talking to you live rather just giving you written words. Remember that when people get to know you, the more they gravitate around you.

Some tips and some tricks, some thoughts and some information; that’s what I am all about. I am here to help you to be the best you and whether I do that through helping people through their coaching, helping people further their career, helping you a better mom, helping you a better dad, a better coach, a better leader, a better family member whatever that happens to be; that what I love to do and the passion I have for that is so strong.
Today I want to talk to you about something that we notice but we don’t do it. We don’t act on it. I talk a lot about online video because I’d like to share things and information with you and I understand that it is so much better received if I am talking to you live rather just giving you written words. So how many times do you go through social media and you are just scrolling, scrolling and scrolling; it happens all the time. Why is that happen like that?
There’s so much stuff out there and all of our intention are being gets diverted to all these different places. So we’re just scrolling, we don’t always stop and see the information which could be really valuable information. But here is the other thing that I want to share with you. How often do you find yourself following something on social media and say: “ Wow, I wish I could do that.” “Wow, I wish I looked like that.” Wow, I wish I had that idea.” Wow, I wish I was as smart as they are or as pretty as they are or as thoughtful as that person is and we forget until someone reminds us and we say, of course that what you see in print is not really you as human being is.
Whether it’s picture, whether it is written words and this is one of the reasons I encourage people to talk about life things that matter. About things that matter to them, because we are all human beings. We are real people. We are not just picture. We are not just post. We are human beings and every single one of us has a really some good information that could help someone else with something they need. You are here for that reason and we’ve talk about this. The thing that I want to share with you guys, people gravitate to people that they trust.
You want to share something or you have that great idea or you went to in this great restaurant or you went in to a barber shop or you work with an incredible realtor or an incredible mortgage person or a great person planting tree and you want to share. We all get online and she these things. I had a great painter coming to do some great painting for me. I love that I am able to share it because I want to help him further his career by I wanna help you get the best service when you need a painter. We all want to share when you had something good that has happened.
Sometimes we really want to share something bad because we want to protect those people around us for not having that same bad experience happen. But here’s I want to tell you, if you are just posting a beautiful sunset, you are not talking to people that good information that you have.You are not being a live human that people can trust you because they don’t know you. All they know is the person behind the pictures, the happy sunset, the nice family gathering, the tough situation you might be going through. People gravitate towards that but they don’t know you as a human. So they don’t know what your energy level is, what are your responses on things. People gravitate towards certain people because they like them, they feel it, they understand it. But you can’t do that, you can’t give that information if you don’t earn people’s trust if you are not talking to people.
I have a couple of clients that I am working out now, one is a realtor and one is a mortgage loan officer. I have several others, but theses two I am focusing right now because I am working really hard on encouraging both of them to do more live work on social media. Why? Because we are all doing different kinds of business that are very valuable information that they are putting out there. But I also need them, people to see them as human as they are. Not just the words that we put on, not just the graphics and the picture that we put out there.
But the live human being because if you wanna buy a house you wanna work with somebody you like, that you can trust, that you know that has got your back and is gonna find exactly that perfect place you want. But you cant do that, you cant get to know somebody unless you meet everybody in person which is almost impossible, especially right now or unless you see some of their personality online. That is the beauty of live social media about. You encourage people to see you as who you are, gravitate towards that information and then they want to ask you questions because they need to know more. They need to know how they can work with you and that’s why people work with people that they trust because they see who they are, their values, their intentions, they see their emotions, energy and passion or not.
One of the interviews I did recently in the “Live Entrepreneurial Interviews” that I did was with a realtor. She was very honest and said that these are things that I like to do and these are things I don’t like to do, so I tell all my clients that I will find the person to do the things I don’t like to do for you but I’m personally not going to do it, I’m going to oversee it but not going to do it. God bless her! She’s a human and she’s very fair in sharing that. She’s successful because she is so genuine.
Here’s what I want you to take away from this. Remember that people get to know you and gravitate around you. Think about all of your friend, if you only know them online, would you be friends with all those people? Maybe not. If you only follow the stuff that they post, then maybe you wouldn’t really know them and there wouldn’t be a special bond that you have. If they’re doing live work, then it’s like you’re in their circle. You hear them, you feel their energy, you see exactly what they do and you understand that they’re human.
One of the things that people say to me all the time is, “I can never do live video because I would make mistakes, I’d say ‘um’ all the time.” I’ve been doing this for five years and the first time I started doing it, I did all of that but I still do it because I know it’s something that you need. I know there’s information that I have that I can share and help you because that’s what I want to do.
