People are doing GREAT things!

People are doing GREAT things!

I’m really excited about the calls I’ve had over the last two days. Dale and I thought it prudent to evaluate the impact our Leadership Experiences has had on participants.

I’m excited, not because I think we’ve done great, but because all of these people ARE DOING GREAT things!  I’m buzzing with energy listening to their feedback.

Below is what they said. No made-up bullshit, no altering, just cut and paste. I’m sharing this because Dale and I know so well that we ALL struggle with the same things. We’ve all learned different ways of coping, managing and surviving. We all deal with people all day long.  We continue to learn an extremely effective way to achieve results in all areas of life, and we’re excited to share it with the RIGHT people.  Many of you reading this, are those people. Please read on….

Participants own words about the TLG Leadership Experiences:

  • It’s a totally different way of getting results. Approach to collaboration. Efficient. Not wasting time back and forth. Direct way to get done what needs to get done.
  • It’s effective. It works. You guys teach and empower people with tools that make things more efficient, more cooperation and collaboration. Leads to positive outcomes. All about interpersonal relationships.
  • It was a game-changer! I’ve uncovered the holy grail!
  • Removing blockages around success and achievement.
  • Communication is a really big thing - we’re always doing it.  There’s always conflict - I’m now better able to steer away from it.
  • Been fantastic for performance (although training content wasn’t obviously geared toward that - which is strange!)
  • Real valuable insight in terms of dealing with day to day pressures, stressors.
  • TLG gives good insight into how you can take action for better results. More focussed on the real people.
  • Doing things that aren’t typically done in a training program, really really important. People have a hard time with perspective/awareness/suitable action. Critical part of leadership. This is a missing component in leadership programs.
  • Being able to lead more calmly. The productivity in the group has skyrocketed!
  • It has changed how I act in the world. The influence it has had on my LIFE. Being able to resolve issues.
  • It is LIFE changing. It has changed my work life and my personal life.
  • I learned so much. Not what I expected. Main theme was changing your way of thinking and perspective.
  • More real life and people focussed (vs. profit and scholarly). More of a social way - which is how to get to where you (and others) want. Psychology in there. Move away from black and white to fluidity in a situation. More focussed on personal growth than scholarly growth.

Who they suggested would benefit from this coaching program:

  • A lot of dif’t people, entrepreneurs, start ups, gov’t...
  • Experiencing stress (teams, clients, colleagues). Relationship problems.
  • Always wanting to change and improve. Ambitious. Dreamer who works hard to achieve them.
  • Wanting to achieve the unachievable. Be at the top level of performing. Top CEOs / entrepreneurs.
  • (Not a lifer who’s not willing to commit everything they are to the change)
  • Anyone who is working with people outside their work unit.  People with ppl who don’t report to them. No seniority with them, but need their input/action.  Those who need to influence upward in hierarchy.
  • People in a tough place, knowing that they want better.
  • Trying to deal with all that life throws at you. In a place where it’s a struggle. The hole seems to get deeper. Need something to try to get outa the hole, back moving forward, climbing the hill.
  • Applies to ppl who are conscientious achievers who have hit a point in time where being all things to all people is too much.
  • Great for everybody. Moreso in leadership positions. Can’t be self-centered. Open to a non-traditional way of looking at leadership.
  • Someone who wants to move up and wants to gain leadership skills
  • Women who want to improve relationships w kids, spouse, colleagues
  • People in a power struggle and in high pressures

If you’re reading this, and it resonates, we’d love to chat! Please give us a call to share where you’re at and learn what we’re up to in the world.
