The talent attraction area emerged at Closer with the aim of helping to meet the needs of our customers in their projects, evolving to what is now the Outsourcing Unit, operating in several and different business areas.
Since our mission is to challenge complexity, we have the ambition to create a unit that differentiates itself in the market, through a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of one of our main Clients: The Talent. Career Management is a reality within Closer, and begins with the first contact with each Candidate, through the understanding of their professional aspirations, we manage their respective careers, and provide projects that meet their goals.
We challenge complexity, too, by helping Corporate Customers considering the nature of their organizational structures and cultures, their teams, always trying - in a partnership bound - to find talent that fits not only in the present, but also in the future.
With this mission and the result of our growth, we chose to differentiate ourselves in terms of structure, creating specialized teams in attracting and managing talent, commercial and engagement, which, in synergy, allow better monitoring and service provided to Consultants and Companies.
It is with this work that every day is done together, that in pandemic times we managed to continue to mirror our mission in attracting the best talent for the best market opportunities, guaranteeing a personalized accompaniment, taking into account the needs of both parties. Through our culture, values and teams, Closer analyzed the new panorama and adapted the existing processes, in order to respond to this new work format: the remote one. The contact with Companies, the attraction of Candidates, the onboarding of new Employees, the adaptation of working means, performance evaluations and the definition of goals for each and all other processes that are part of our day-to-day activities, were rebuilt so that the level of performance could be maintained, having even exceeded expectations in some points. For this reason, we have been successful in our great objective: to guarantee the safety and health of all our Consultants and Client Companies, maintaining proximity.
