"What value do you believe that you bring to your organization today? No matter what role you're in, you could be the personnel Secretary like I was, and you can think “How am I adding value to this company?”, and then take joy and pleasure from what you do.

If you can get one person to appreciate and see your value by doing what needs to be done, by identifying things that they're not thinking about, then that's a win."
