What a remarkable year 2016 has been!
Forget Donald Trump being elected the next POTUS; Forget BREXIT!
The most remarkable story of 2016 has to be that according to legal publisher Jordans, the most popular blog / discussion group on their on-line site, has been Pensions and Divorce, and specifically the critique of the judgement in WS v WS [2015] EWHC 3941 (Fam) .
It is truly gratifying to know that I am not the only really sad person out there who finds the subject of pensions and divorce utterly absorbing! To all other sad Pensions and Divorce Geeks, I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and that 2017 is a sensational year for you, with lots of blogging!
