And the Pendulum Swings

It occurs to me that universal laws do not operate linearly. They roll and flow, capturing events and emotions, always matching positive and negative for us, yet not one right after the other, therefore often difficult to see.
I wonder who, over the past fifty years, has had an abortion. I’m not here to say if it’s right or wrong as I believe we are all right from our point of view and only need to learn a bit more and be open to learning, to shift our view, if we choose.
I don’t know what I would have done if I was faced with this as a teenager, as example. I suspect I would have followed my parents’ best advice. I’m a boomer.
And I wonder whose daughters and nieces had one over the past fifty years.
I remember why Roe passed in 1973 … so many women forced to endure horrific back alley and dangerous abortions, would now have a safe means to restore their own health. I was celebrating my two-year wedding anniversary that year; the next year my first baby was born.
Hard to even imagine facing that choice, yet my head is not in the sand, knowing the abuses of women (many still girls) endured and still do, such as rape or incest.
So, it has taken fifty ‘man years’ for the pendulum, governed by universal law, to swing the other way. Note the freedom gained to manage our own self-care as women, will now be that freedom lost. For how long, we do not know. We can however ‘count on’ the ‘swing.’

And I wonder what your life would be like for so many if you birthed that baby. And/or your daughter did, and your niece and your friends daughter, too.
And I think about those who chose abortion and how they’ve managed emotionally, knowing there was a baby that didn’t make it to this plane of existence. What a difficult decision it must have been.
I write this because beginning to understand and see proof of the ‘universal laws,’ always working 24/7/365, whether we are aware of them or not, easing anxiety. We realize there is a larger umbrella under which we all walk, and it is our magical universe.
All seven universal laws are like 'seven-sisters;' they stand alone yet are connected. Each owns a piece of the other and they work like a great mastermind ‘in the sky,’ to give us what we ask for, whether on purpose or not.
Polarity, Gestation, Transmutation of Radiant Energy, Rhythm, Cause & Effect, Relativity, and Vibration (contains Law of Attraction) … over which we have no control. We do, however, have the ability to influence them in our favor, the more we understand how they operate.
Take heart, the pendulum always swings back … and then forth … and back again. Ride along and watch for the next swing. There is certain comfort in knowing.

2 年Perhaps the pendulum started swinging already 50 years ago, Leslie (Thomas) Flowers, and this is its turning point? The point when enough people realize that it was all about power - over women, over minorities, over everybody but "the chosen few". it was never about values or respect for life as the very same people were against masking and vaccines and are pro the death penalty. It is time to say "enough!" and vote.

2 年It amazes me your grasp of the seven universal laws and their integrity Leslie (Thomas) Flowers. I wonder how many of us grasp those rules and their integrity in influencing our lives. Such a deep line in your wonderful post "Note the freedom?gained?to manage our own self-care as women, will now be that freedom?lost" Yes, it is the swing of the pendulum.
