  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle: A balanced diet and regular exercise can contribute to overall pelvic health, staying hydrated and eating fiber-rich foods, and avoiding excessive caffeine and alcohol intake can help maintain a healthy bladder and bowel function.


  • Stress management: stress can worsen pelvic disorder symptoms, so incorporate stress reducing activities into your routine such as meditation, deep breathing exercise, or engage in hobbies you enjoy, take care of your physical and mental well-being.

  • pregnancy and childbirth: The pelvic floor can weaken or become damaged during pregnancy and child-birth.
  • Treatment: pelvic floor exercise like kegel exercise, physical therapy, and in severe cases surgery.
  • Aging: As women age the pelvic floor muscles can weaken naturally, treatment may include, exercise, lifestyle modifications, maintain a healthy weight.
