I have booked the rugby for 9th of November at a cost £3000 (for only 2 tickets) and only recently got a call saying I could not attend as the game has been changed to Australia, not a tier 2 team (Japan). I cannot attend any other date, so requested a refund (within the 5 day T&C guidelines). I was told that to attend d on this date I would need to pant another £1000. As yet, this refund has NOT been paid and despite contacting sales, sales managers and eventually the Director, Mark, I have no reply or refund. Basically, I’m being ignored. England hospitality is offering the same match for £800 cheaper! I’m now in the process of legal action to claim back my money! Avoid at all costs!
