On 27 March 2022, we interviewed a special person,?Mr Balwant Thakur, for the fifty-fifth 'A Peer at your Career' edition for ANN News Kids.?

We started this segment when we completed one year since our first video. 'A Peer at your Career' is a project where we aim to talk to different people about their careers.

He is the Indian cultural ambassador to Mauritius and has also received the outstanding award, "Padma Shri", the fourth highest civilian award, for his contributions to the field of theatre.

He talked to us about his life, career and fantastic journey. His key advice to kids is to find time to watch and be a part of the theatrical world.
