The Charity I work for, Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide, are looking for Peer Support Volunteers across the country. You might join an existing local group or help start up a new one with other volunteers, depending the area you are in. If that's not for you, how about helping out on our National Helpline which runs 7 days a week from 0900hrs - 2100hrs

If you have been Bereaved by Suicide yourself and are over the age of 18 we would like to hear from you.

Please get in touch and see if there is a way you could help someone who is going through the same thing you went through.
