Six years of experience have shown us that PTE Academic is much easier than IELTS, allowing students to achieve higher scores, typically one to two levels above their IELTS performance. This is especially evident in the Writing and Speaking sections. PTE Core is even easier compared to PTE Academic, as it covers general and straightforward topics. Consequently, students tend to score higher in the Reading and Listening sections as well.
