San Raffaele Hospital in Milano can provide outpatient consultation and diagnostic medical service in different languages, the “San Raffaele International”. This service aims to assist the residents and tourists who are seeking for medical advice and care.

This service will provide multilanguage assistance in every step of the process, from the first contacts on the helpline (request for information or booking) throughout all the administrative process. The final medical report will then be issued in either Italian or English, or in the desired language according to the patient’s preference.

This service is made possible also thanks to the cooperation between San Raffaele Hospital and the students of the “Scuola Superiore per Mediatori Linguistici Carlo Bo” (School for Linguistic Operators CarloBo), whose mission is to form proficient interpreters and linguistic operators.
