Peaks Uniques is back for summer session at Crystal Peaks

INDEPENDENT makers and retailers will be back at Crystal Peaks on July 2 as Peaks Uniques makes a return for summer.

Peaks Uniques is the new attraction for the award-winning Sheffield shopping centre, an opportunity for small businesses and individual designers and makers to reach a new market.

The first Peaks Uniques last autumn attracted more than 30 stalls featuring everything from bath products to houseplants, greetings cards, art works, jewellery and pet accessories - all created by independent artists and craftspeople.

The event proved so successful with visitors that an equally popular and expanded spring market followed.

And now there is a summer special booked in for 9am to 4pm on July 2, with spaces for even more stalls in the Crystal Peaks central atrium.

“At Crystal Peaks we are always very keen to support local independents and individuals,” said centre manager Lee Greenwood.

“The emphasis with Peaks Uniques is on the unique, bespoke, quirky and interesting - the sort of products that differ from what we already offer in our stores and existing marketplace.

“We have been completely overwhelmed by the level of interest, which is why this third event will have space for even more stallholders and with more than 30 already signed up we are confident that this will be another successful date.

“For stall holders, of course, there is the benefit of everything being under cover and also toilet facilities, free parking, food and drink outlets, various cash points and wifi connection, as well as the support of our Caredesk, cleaning and security teams.

“And?for shoppers it is simply a great opportunity to see the full range of products available from our independent traders.”
