Peakon's hiring a Global L&D Business Partner. Here's why you should apply...

This usually would have been a 'post' but I got a little too passionate because I love working at Peakon, and so, I outstepped the word count. An 'article' it is, therefore...

I believe that Peakon is one of the best companies in the world. At Peakon, I never feel like 'I'm at work' or 'working'. Instead, I feel like I'm at my 'second home'. A home in which I can grow, achieve, connect, inspire and experience a future-focused 'way of working' in the now.

Sometimes 'Peakon life' can feel surreal because it's refreshingly 'different' and 'unique'. Every day, I'm energised by our mission, our vision, our customers, our people, our leaders, our work, and the change we drive for our customers, the industry, and the world.

Now hiring in my team, I wanted to add some flavour to the role I'm hiring for, give insight into Peakon life and me as a Manager, and encourage those with whom it resonates to apply. Look forward to me seeing you, holistically, as a whole
  • ...giving me feedback as your Manager too... Yes, indeed! We'll use a 360 feedback mechanism from the day you join so that I can adapt to your needs. I see management as a two-way learning process and believe in 360 feedback

  • I'll take time to get to know you personally and professionally
  • I'll listen, hear, and coach you to be your best self
  • We can 'work how you work'. Walking meetings? Daily standups or huddles? 'Normal meetings'? Coffees, lunches, or breakfast? Let's do whatever you prefer
